what about an undo with ctrl + z like in any other programms to undo the latest thing you did.

It's a bit difficult to implement. One action can do a lot, so in the worst case the whole map has to be saved for each action, slowing you down significantly. Or of course develop an intelligent diffing method for maps. That's a lot of work.
