Dyn cam off by default, antiping for flags, number instead of slider for mousesens

As the title says

In the settings -> control, the mousesens is a slider. It should be changed to a textbox (or number box).

f1: inp_mousesense <number>

wirte inp_mousesense without number to see your current sense
