What about: If player 1 has Rcon activated, that player 2 (dummy) automatically activates it when you join the game?

Maybe sometimes you don't want the dummy to have rcon. What about using a bind to log into rcon instead?

but sometimes is still annoying, like when you're testing map with dummy and you have to reload every ~30sec because u found bug or just want to test different idea - maybe then some "switch" in settings for it?

join » connect dummy » join » <rcon_auth> » switch to dummy » <rcon_auth> » ok, u can go :F
But it's still way better with bind, than without it.
