Also this might get in the way of deens ideology of that every rank has to be done on the official servers. Because that way, part of the Server wold be at the player. Pls correct me if im wrong

I don't think it's deens ideology, but if you let on a multiplayer game do things client sided, you can easily cheat. (Correct me if i'm wrong)

Its not client sided. The client could predict the "decisions" of the server quite good on solo maps because there are no unpredictable influences (like other players).
No need to make things clientsided. The client just need to "learn" the physics of ddrace, what is done for vanilla physics but not for some ddrace stuff as HMH already mentioned.
