whats the use??? we are SOUTH AFRICAN.... we laggggg 300+ ping... that's a bit unfair. When you guys decided to make the servers for South Africa, you should of considered the possibility of South Africans wanting a bit of change over out local servers. I mean the people living in EU are set... that leaves us (South Africans) out of the question. After all we are a community and that means everybody must be of equal position. Just because EU has the majority of the players and South Africa has minority, does not make EU any better than us.

Let's make an example. There is gores maps on ddnet now if KoG would be nice enough to give ddnet 10 maps at least 3 hard ones and 7 Normal ones then BOOM catagorie (I know mind blowing lol) then the map makers make gores maps for ddnet and if KoG feels to threatened we ddnet can give those maps so it is not like they are loosing clients and ddnet has gores catagorie YOU GET POINTS ON DDNET and people will PUSH FOR TOP TIMES TOP WEEK POINTS AND GET MORE POINTS ON DDNET

Didn't really read the whole thread.
We already have quite a few gores maps on ddnet (https://ddnet.tw/ranks/brutal/#map-Wour_Forlds, https://ddnet.tw/ranks/brutal/#map-Springlobe, Blood-Dens etc) and Themix keep making more :p So, we could probably find enough maps for a gores category.
But I'm not really sure if that would be a good thing to do. As hi_leute wrote, the KoG servers are running nicely. There are multiple server locations and the community is relatively active. We should not just host another server!

However, another thing would be a category for tele-gores maps :o There are already a few on the solo servers (FlipLipp etc) and I also have a few from random servers, that were not released on the ddnet race server back then (see attached .zip).
So, that might not be the wanted solution but another suggestion.

I would love to see more tele gores maps... Because im good at gores but not save, and i like to play it alone

Well I know the servers are running well but a category gores would be so nice and the tele gores can be add in it to it too + I personally love gores I am good in it but I don't like playing with 300 ping and when I get hammer it register 2 seconds late . The other reason is I am at that stage to get points in ddnet so gores would be so nice too my friends agree that it would be nice but in the end its not our decision its yours but ya

I agree with Blackie I think Gores would be perfect and use those zip file gores maps in it too but pls let spec be able in all the gores maps

keep calm... we said that if we have some tele-gores maps (more than 20) we will probably make a database only for them (like what happened with dummy maps).
Please dont get angry... and stompie... maybe dont write that things here... we are trying to take the discussions as friendly as possible and avoiding conflicts
