#9 Wouldn't new hookthrough - in this case used as hookblocker - work? One-sided (ID67), placed next to the tile you want to be unhook from one of sides.
Unhookable from top, hookable from bottom & from sides

Something to auto add game tiles whitout placing them on corners(freeze)

Just place freeze, use automapper, and corners add at very end of creating the map

Some mappers make corners in another layer.
