15.3 low fps

After updating client it works but my fps is getting low by the time. Usually it was ~1000 always, but after update is 300 and in half hour it feels like 30 fps. I tried to change buffer snd to higher rate - not helped. Tried to change cl_refresh_rate to 0 or 1000 or whatever - doesn't affect my fps at all, except of lower counts.

UPD: I tried to play in borderless window it feels less smooth :s

Hey Desu,
could you check if you got opengl enabled? It was disabled after the major UI update was released.
You can find this option in the graphics settings ingame.

OpenGL is disabled. :s It was disabled even before update. Yeah, I also joined DC channel <3 Ty

Try setting skin downloader to off. Does that help?

This problem should be fixed in 15.0.4, to be released in ~15 minutes.
