Windows 10 / 64 bit - DDnet version 10.8.6 / DDnet_server.exe problem

Today when i want to try starting lan server with ddnet_server.exe and connect to the server,
my ping instantly jumped up and instantly disconnected. After that i tried to reconnect but it
doesn't work. I tried 5 times, still have this problem.
@deen: i think you must decode smth what it goes wrong with LAN servers. idk. this update cannot
accept to open lan servers without crashing out on it. Please check it out and if you find the problem,
please fix it on the next upd.

Usually it's another software interfering, like a firewall. So there is nothing I can do about other software blocking DDNet.
