0.1 second freeze every 5 seconds

Hello, since today's update I'm experiencing very short freezes every five seconds. If I had to explain the reason I would say some graphic drawing loop has an error in it. Anyone encountering the same or found a fix? I'm running on 1280x1024, no Vsync.

Edit: Well, seems to have fixed itself for some time - no clue what it was. But it came back after a while.

Check what other programs you have running, for instance I have this problem whenever I have Netflix open in Chrome.
Also had some issues with f.lux.
