Suddenly not playable anymore

Today suddenly my client started to not work correctly anymore. After i join a server, i have extreme laggs which sometimes cause disconnect from the server, even when i have a solid 20-ping to the server ingame. When playing, all inputs are horrible delayed and it feels like i have at least a 200-ping (Scoreboard says 20) (fps stay at 100).

I played with DDNet 9.1
First thing i did was downloading the latest version, still the same problem.

I did not change anything in the client or in my os which could have caused this problem.

Sounds like network problems/packet loss. Have you tried different servers?

You should try your own server.
if it works, its possibly your network.
if no its something else...

For some reason it is working again correctly today.

Of course i tried many server,
other games and applications were working well at that time.
