Map cfg loading only on certain locations..

Map cfg loading only on certain locations..

Pretty much if you have your map + map cfg in \Roaming\Teeworlds\maps the cfg doesn't load, but if it's in your \data\maps cfg loads fine.. It's not that big of an bug but get's annyoing after times :s
