is this client version really without some things like entinites?

if I download it

is it not better? if?
do I have to download 9.0.0? and then update?

so it do not really help me if I only download 9.0.2? or?

I checked and to me it seems that entities are there. What OS are you downloading for and what files are missing exactly?
