Vanilla greyscales, no borderadd/fix

With 14.6 client version DDnet implemented a change to the way tilesets are displayed ingame so that 0.6 will look similiar to 0.7, therefore borderfix/add won't be needed anymore. That's why I made some tilesets from the 0.7 ones.
Moreover I included improved rule files for all non-doodads tilesets. (Especially check out the stone-tileset rules!)
The "clean up" function that comes with Top tilesets will remove empty placed tiles.
The "Game Layer to main+Stones" is mainly intended for gores maps, it's a two way rule that you need to use with a main tileset in combination with a stone tileset on a copy from the game layer.
