I'm happy to present you the first DDNet Tournament of 2020, the Moderate map luminati by SUKA:

The Tournament will be played on Sunday, January 26 at 20:00 CET. The best team finish time after 90 minutes wins! The map is well-playable with dummy. Special feature of the map is that there are 65 parts in total of which you have to finish only 15 to finish, so choose your path wisely. Thanks to jao for selecting and testing the map!

Hello,

is there any chance to move the time forward 30min/1hr? (or backwards (or increase the time window)) I think some people may have time conflicts (including me). It's basically lunch time in the US so people might have conflicts. A 90 minute window is also very small compared to most people's schedules.

I usually choose this starting time since it's the time when DDNet has the most players online worldwide. Moving it to a different time now will also confuse people, some will show up at the wrong time. Increasing the time window will probably make the tournament boring.

In China the tournament was in the middle of the night. It's hard to find a good time for everybody. Maybe (?) 4 pm (time zone of germany) would be a reasonable time, because in the USA it is about 8 am and in china it is about 12 am.

Weekly tournaments was another suggestion, but i guess nobody cares for these.

For me the tournament is a meetup for the community. Maybe a tournament where ddnet wins if ddnet finishes with a 40 player team would be fun.
