I don't think that it's a good idea to mix map and skin. It's already hard enough to do one if them. Both at the same time will be too hard.

So most part of tre forum prefear a tourney like this

@Skyrel: seeing that you are in the midst of planning another tournament I want to give you some advice for future contests like this:
Please proof-read your stuff or let someone else do it. Your initial post of the skin contest reads like it was rushed in 5 mins at 11PM (and stuff like calling Thailand a state is really confusing).
Put some thought in deadlines, the voting process etc. It felt like you were putting zero effort in this part at all (not mentioning the deadline in the first place, only make it 1 day to vote for the entries etc). And last but not least use just the right amount of BBCodes to format your posts properly.

I hope you take no offense and wish you gl for future contests. A current contest that does this very well that comes to mind is RayB's and Silex' DDNet Design Contest. The formatting is well done and all important infos are visible at the first glimpse (and there is some nice custom artwork).
