I've voted too (in my country, it's common that you can vote even if you are a candidate), and my choice is public

Imo just check if the votes for pixe1 were legit (Players over 100 or 500 points?)
And he won fair and square

From which country are you? Imo its ok that he can vote, if everyone could vote, but with a jury of 4 people it's a bit weird.

How about giving the winner a "sign" like "Tester". Something like "Skin-Champion" or whatelse that is listed below the name. ^^
Wouldnt be something unfair like giving someone points, but would be cool i guess.
Same could work for the design contest.

And if someone wins more often the sign could turn from red to gold or something like this.
Just an idea i had in my mind ^^
