The picture is pretty pixelated for me

hello i try play kobra 3 in my home server with my brother , but in one step , we can not continue ! ( step that say hook is push !! ) something wrong , its bug ? or i need to add something for my cfg file ?1

Yes, you need a special config, here it is:
