New try by MiM for replacing the DDNet icon with a checkmark for indicating an official server. Change is https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/pull/1533

Previous vote was in viewtopic.php?t=6783 but now the icon is obviously nicer, so let's have a new vote

I like the first option with DDNet logo. It is more clear for the players to understand what this icon means.

I agree with qshar but the multicolored logo doesnt look very good... maybe u would like something like this?

trying to put a detailed image in such a small spot makes it look ugly and unnecessary keeping it simple i think is best

But it is confusing for other respectable servers like KoG which then look like they are not "verified" (no checkmark)

I mean, ddnet client = ddnet servers have check marks, makes sense to me.

And also fitting 'DDNet' in 32x32 with proper blurs and stuff
(to make it not look trashy cause of the teeworlds rendering or whatever)
is pretty much impossible i think.
(but don't quote me on that when someone pulls it off properly c.c)

'ddnet ddnet' is kinda redundant, so the check mark fits better imo.

May i ask whats the intended use of this feature? to let people know which servers belong to ddnet?
we kinda do have a DDNet tab for that so i don't know.

Yes, DDNet Persian server is the reason for this.

Well, we can provide you KoG icon to put it near KoG servers

Ye, we have similar problems, they are trying to open fake KoG Persian server too.
