Hello,
I wanna know the differences betweens all grades ( admin, mod, helper, tester, dev (that enought or its got more grade ?).

I don‘t know what difference you want exactly.
Admin, mod, helper are ingame rcon staff ranks.
Testers test maps ^^
Devs are people who contribute to the Code base and they have no special powers or benefits.
helper can force vote no and mute? Idk not sure.
mods can force yes ban kick mute etc.
admins can use the echo command.
