We have complained about the feature before it was too late as well.

It's not AIDS, we can just remove it and it'll slowly die off. Very few people don't follow client updates at the end.

lola you can still use the client version with Emoji Support, yes it's true, using an old version has very little issues. in fact i still use 11.0.1 which has Emoji Support, you can too! now downloading most old versions is a little tricky as only major releases are linked for download, but there are many still available to those who know where to look, so to get one of the hidden versions you need to first find the link for your OS, as an example Linux x86_64, now copy the URL (link address/location) & paste it in a new Tab,(should like like this https://ddnet.tw/downloads/DDNet-11.0.3-linux_x86_64.tar.xz now edit the version Numbers "11.0.3" to the desired version. in this case https://ddnet.tw/downloads/DDNet-11.0.1-linux_x86_64.tar.xz. thats it!
