Why only rude admins on ddnet? Flame for no reason, it hurts

I have read through the moderation Procedure that jao wrote https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet-rules/bl ... ocedure.md and it says they can just ignore the procedure xD

"Note: Only kick/ban players if absolutely necessary. Most issues can be solved simply by talking to them. You have the right to be more lenient or strict than these guidelines based upon your judgement of the situation and the input of other staff.Marked steps may be ignored. Always give an appropriate reason for banning/kicking unless you have to execute several bans/kicks in succession or the user is known for misbehaviour."

We can't provide guidelines that cover all situations Moderators may have to deal with. The Moderator Procedure just serves as a rough outline.
Due to this Moderators have to "ignore" the Procedure if the situation requires it. However, they can only issue penalties based on a fair judgement. If they fail to maintain a fair judgement, they will simply be removed from their rank.
