New RUS server

After our RUS server was shut down we're trying out a new server. Please test it and give feedback.

If you have suggestions for good hosters in Chile and Germany, especially with proper DoS protection, please tell me.

we tested it and.
Servers works same as old (in normal mode) host.
The Real One!
