Sickcunt maps are mostly hyped maps, but not creative quality maps. I don't say that they are bad, they are just not that, creative as it looks like.
While just looking on Naufrage 1 i can say that the map is a creative map, but the ideas in the following maps were rather known.
They all have a nice style, but it doesn't offer interesting parts, where you have to think or understand how something works.

It is really hard to make parts with new mechanics or nice teamwork parts. People don't want to play rather annoying parts, even if they are creative or have a nice teamwork. It is hard to give examples for really good maps, imo HellCore is nice on Brutal (imo my own maps are mostly creative, but it sucks to sound arrogant).

I think the map I will release soon will be creative :) btw I think we should remove bad maps or redesign good maps wich have bad design in ddnet... I mean remove maps like the dream, made by me ahahah, only 2 parts are good

Nostalgia has a little unbalance, but u never stand like an idiot not in a freeze, and waiting while ur partner do a thing. DDNET has 10 maps with that class of gameplay, all others worse like 10x times. When 1 tee stand and wondering for 1-10 sec while another do things. Only 1 part of Nostalgia has this mapper "bug". And thats why Nostalgia worse than Naufrage. But other maps worse than Naufrage like 20x more than Nostalgia.
If u have on map at least in the sum of 5 sec standing for nothing - you are very bad mapper, and better if u will not produce maps. Tee must be in move all time. All time on map. That what means action game. Even 2D platformer.

For example Skychase has 10x better gameplay than all others clones. Just because wellmapped. And others 2-3 brutal dummy maps has much worse gameplay. Not harder. Just worse. Like Savanna Drag series. I bet my socks, that Sickcunt knows a lot about gameplay.
i say something about the balance and all you did is say other stuff about the map that is great .
The balance of the 2 edge hooks and the hammerfly dont fit the map and people get fucked by it

Sickcunt maps are pretty much Loop maps just easier to save people and drag thru noobs

imo HellCore is nice on Brutal
I took a look on this map and it have over 5 minutes just staying in freeze "action". No thx, i dislike that sort of creativeness (may be others like dat slowmo ddrace, idk). :lol:
For what reasons ppl must stay additional time in freeze, even if players did all things well? :roll:
