News: New DDNet staff

Dear DDNet community,
the DDNet staff has worked constantly in the last days to publish the following organization changes. We already told you that it might need some time, but finally we are able to reveal these news.
DDNet currently gets conducted by 9 admins, who got splitted into 4 sections:
There have already been a lot of changes, but we are still not finished with structuring the new DDNet management. In near future the testing team will choose testers. The current (trial) testers will stay until then!
The same is true of the ingame moderator system. We will decide about new ingame moderators and try to find the best players for it. The current moderators will stay until then.
Last but not least we have to build up a support team that cares about questions, suggestions and obscurities of our DDNet community.

DDNet currently gets conducted by 9 admins, who got splitted into 4 sections:
- Technical team - east, DoNe and HMH are now responsible for the technical support, as we already published it. This includes the server maintance and the DDNet development.
- Forum team - Soreu and hi_leute_gll will care about the forum organization. They will lead the forum administration and name forum moderators. They already decided, that Index will manage the subareas Mapping, Tutorials & Map Bugs in forum.
- Testing team - aaa, Knight and milk moderate our map testing section. They are able to decide, whether maps are good enough for DDNet (i.e. follow the mapper rules) and decide whether maps are releaseable. The decisions about releases will happen in close cooperation to our map testers.
- Community team - onionly .me' will be responsible for publishing news and announcements. Later the website maintance, the community support and the decisions about ingame moderators will be organized in this group.
- Right now we are organizing an additional section. Our new contributor team will include players, who are able to do minor tasks on DDNet. Right now the skin database gets updated for example. Possible future tasks will be the management of a mapres database as well as a hall of fame for good runs and videos on youtube.
- If it's needed, all admins will be able to support other sections. Like this we ensure that we always have enough staff members for the tasks, which need to get done.
- The section leaders will be able to make daily/minor decisions, which concers their areas of activity, on their own.
- Major/global decisions will be done by all admins. We will always try to find the best solutions for the DDNet community.
