The deleting and banning without anyone seeing it is a good point of them. It's not "nonsense".

I suggest you guys don't completely delete posts but just delete their content and leave a message "inappropriate post, deleted" or something.

hannibal there were even warnings, so they know what they did wrong (others don't see what they did wrong, thats true).
There are enough people who can read deleted messages. if there was a wrong decision, other staff members would mention these
