It's not about hurting the community, it's about What the community EXPECTS VS What the community LIKES
Because if the community LIKES something they EXPECTED, that's like combo for more acceptance in the community.
That's the real reason why you should listen to the community, obviously you won't add AI to the game if the community screams YES ! you will do so if it's BOTH REQUESTED and GOOD and worth making.
