|*KoG*| TOURNAMENT on a new Interactive map

Hi @all

We'd like to present a new modification!

Interactive map!


General Information

For all who wants to join Tournament - it is important to join the MODS&FUN server before it starts! Since 12:00 (GER time) there will be information that will be very useful. The information is about the exact time of tournament, servers, duration and conditions to win a medal.

Type: TOURNAMENT on the first Interactive map.
Date:
27-th November 19:00 GER
(21:00 MSK)

Comments: There will be no Daily Event this day.



Description

In the end of every month we are trying to implement something new and interesting.
After that we are gathering players feedback and if most of them like it, we keep the idea.

Following this roadmap we implemented:

Daily Events in the end of September,

Tele-Grenade In the end of October,

Interactive Map will be in the end of November.

Stay tuned to see KoG's new projects. We make our best to bring something new and fun.



Reward for Tournament

1st place
Gold
medal + 50 Season Points.

2nd place
Silver
medal + 40 Season Points.

3rd place
Bronze
medal + 30 Season Points.

4th-6th places
20 Season Points.

Please leave your feedback about it on this topic

p.s. It should be fine, but still be prepared that the event can fail. We made many changes to the server.
It will be something like open-beta testing.

p.p.s. We are also working on something new that should be implemented this year

I'm wondering how you are moving hookable tiles without causing prediction issues on the client. Nevertheless it looks interesting, I might give it a try.

Ye, I wrote it on another topic:

It is playable at the moment and working fine, but it looks not perfect. It concerns only for hookable (collision) objects. (I never played, but I think it is similar as playing DDNet map using client without Hook-Throw support).
I can modify the DDNet Client to make it look better, but it will take some time to do that.
