Nice run 
Few tips about editing:
1. Text color and shadow shouldn't be flashy, try to change color.
2. this type of shadows are old aged and ugly. You can try to remove blur on shadow, decrease distance between text and shadow.
3. Maybe you can try to change font. Big databases with nice fonts is here: dafont.com

Right click on video clip : Switches : Disable Resample.
It will make video less blurry.
You can also do this: Project video Properities : Deinterlace method : Interpolate fields.
