Sounds like a case for dilate.exe!

Looks better, but now there are weird pixels in the air. First i thought i have to clean my monitor.

Aras, go here: http://ddnet.tw/downloads/ and download the Graphic Tools.
Extract the "dilate.exe" and drag the skin on the .exe.

I fixed the flying pixels. There were just a few pixel on a wrong place. Aras, care about this!

dilate.exe is also included with the normal client.
