Being in clan, doesn't allow you to make clan-skins for everyone, but only for those who are in that clan. simple.

I am the only one who makes the bandana brother skins. It will stay like this untill i decide to delete the clan

Russsell made my skin and his own. He dosnt make for everybody like you do.
Whis has made alot of the skins without bandana.

You mean the bandana with special colours?
I don't think that you can forbidd him to draw bandanas in gerneral, just for the special bandanas.
