As often for skins - I'd suggest to make the body white, so that it could easily be colored by players in the settings, without weird figuring out what to do to get the most similar color to what a player wants.

Besides that, I agree with Ryo

to be honest i have no clue about designing and i made this with a online painting software.
it a wonder that the normal face turned out to be this "good"

maybe if u could make it white would be easyer to change colors ingame :D. if u do it i will add the skin in the database

i now just used the white body of Mobys skull
also moved the face a bit left
