[Tool] Tee assembler from skin file

The Tee assembler
You can quickly test a skins without "installing" it in your "skins" folder, then opening your client and browsing until you find it: you put the link to the image, or load one, then the assembled tee is rendered next to it.
No other options, such as poses, animations, simultaneous loadings, etc. are available for now.
Example:
Give this to the page (my reddit skin):
It will show you this (without the pretty colours, unless you pay me to get distracted!):
I used this file from the DDNet skin database and made it into a tool.
I will post the code here later, when it is more advanced and before I let it turn into a 404!
