Does the dead tee emote (last image, 4th row, 3rd column) exist in game? How to use it? Is it unavailable from the client, but a server code can create it?

On grid:

In client:

emoticons.png (47.22 KiB) Viewed 10402 times
Everything depends only on what image you will put in this place

If you just change the color / contrast e.g then ofc not.
However if you change the whole emote with a completly other meaning, then yes!

Yeah, but I meant that the dead tee emote on the grid is at the same place as the original "^^" emote. oO

The grid is just for you, so you know the maximum size of the different skin parts.
I don't know Fireworks, so I cannot help you there. But you can try a free program like paint.net, it's powerful and you can defintely do it there :3 Most skin designers use Inkscape, maybe you want to try it as well.
I dont create skins but i edit them sometimes and I use GIMP. i can work really good with it
