i dont see any possible cheat either. must ahve been a startline skip or so

or it can be story same as with Verification 7.2, when guy finished another map and got finish for verification

It was never possible to skip startline on Black, i checked all old versions.
I agree with Ninjed, Same bug was on Kobra 4 solo
