Gameplay wise there are some skips/cheats u can do.
For example u can get CP2 travel back to Part 1 and u skipped the No Hammer Tile.
You could also give a shotgun to the deepfreezed tee at tele 4 and cheat your team one shotgun.
Finally, u can go as team in the Solo by abusing your Checkpoints again.
Truly not really usefull or gamebreaking, but still should not be possible

Map seems pretty fun, rather enjoyed the run.
I only have a few comments:

Otherwise I think it could be a bit longer but I do enjoy these parts and wouldn't mind seeing this map released.

Ok mapped for Mod 1*, easy release without this design bug though

Had a quick look over it with Lexin.
Blue tele has to be changed to red tele. There are some entity bugs. Design looks like you just spammed random doodads, you should look how that's done properly on other maps.
This is so wrong

The short deep parts, all in the same style, are a bit lame. Aslo the gores could be more interesting than a straight tunnel. Room-to-room teleportation is kinda bad mapping (ddmax style), maybe you can change that and connect parts in better ways.
There is probably a lot more to fix if we decide to release this.
