My rating:
2* Solo Map

About the map:
it's a good and short solo map, for me maybe a bit too short.
The last part isn't interesting and could be more fun if u change maybe a bit.
Gameplay is good (except for the last part) and balanced.

Merged topics. What's the map name now? Topic says 'Fast Run', map file says 'Stop Over 1.0'.

By having completed all solo maps I can faithfully say that this map is brilliant. It has a simple design, great gameplay and its balanced. The map has faily style, but it is faily in a fair way - i.e. there are no parts which you need to fail 10 times before you have a plan how to do them, there are no parts which depend on luck or random number generation and the last part is not 10x harder than the rest of the map(which is in fact quiet popular today). In addition it reminds of Verification(one of my favourite map series) and involves skills that you often need in maps with higher difficulty, so you can practise those skills here if you are a beginner or moderate player.
Definitely release, I'm looking forward to see more maps like this. Good Job!

Map looks fine in its current state. The only thing you need to change is to make the background larger, so that it covers all screen resolutions (check with 'Proof').
However, I have a few suggestions that should be feasible with little effort:

  • Add a few time checkpoints.
  • Change the part with the one tile hookables. It's kinda annoying for speedruns and a bit lame.
  • Set the same value for Para X and Para Y in the star's groups. It will look more natural and generally better.
  • Red: Add unfreeze to improve the map for speedruns (or change freeze duration to 1 sec.).<br />Green: Change these unfreeze to halftiles to stay in your marking style.
