Gameplay is ok and the map isn't bugfull. So I guess yes.

Pretty much until someone will do final run and confirm 100% it can be added to releasable maps...

There are already alot of dummy maps like this:
Super faily and rather Short,
especially Skeptar already made many maps like that. Most of the parts seem familiar to me, since i know your other dummy maps.
SavannaDrag 4 has 22 finishes, so for me it seems, that not many players are interested in another map like that (yeah i know, a few people like to play maps like this).
These were the facts, but in my opinion this map should get released, it is well mapped, it wont hurt anybody, some people will like to finish it.

1 small bug, besides that it is ready for release
