Jao, Lumina and me took a look on the Map again. Thats what we found:

Jao also said you have to remove Cp9
Add 2nd To13
Aswell add 2nd To15 and lower it so theres only 1 tileblock distance to the ground (Just like To13Tele). You also mapped tele over the blocks.
Make your Freezedges like in the Picture everyhere

Delate "back" and "dummy" in following screenshots, since you cant see it anways
Just write, "Join Team" and its fine
Its fail if you walk into the shilds, and left your dummy like Welf did, just move the shilds behind the door, so that cant happen
Can use the same screen as last time in here, because you didnt changed it, Freez looks like Tele, change that please, (on the whole map)
Just delate the "From/Totele17" and replace it by CFRM-Tele with Cp 16. (By the way, never put Tele on the ground)
Since you then, you also need to change this "FromTele17" into CFRM with CP20, since thats the last CP you get, before you get to this Part.
Last but not least, imagine you put the dummy up first, and then go up follow him. You will be stuck on right side with your dummy, just add telesomewhere.

Cleaned up some stuff again. The map is basicly ready now, but tele 15 part is a bit weird and not how you wanted it to be. I'm not sure how to map that part good, but with your speeders it was weird. Maybe you got a better idea. If you agree with this version, it can be released as Dummy 2*.
