Cannot connect to DDNet Servers (VPN)?
Cannot connect to DDNet Servers (VPN)?
Hello,
I downloaded the DDNet client on my new computer, and today I tried to join some DDNet servers (GER, Turkey,...), but the same error always appears:
You have been banned for 10min (VPN detected, try connecting without. Contact admin if mistaken.)
And of course I don't use any VPN. I can connect to servers elsewere in the world, but the ping is high :c
Can something be done about it? My IP - **IP removed**
Thanks!

You should not write your IP-adress here, I removed it for now.
For immideate support you might want to write a staff member in the discord channel and (if needed) share your Ip adress in a private message there. Or you can just wait until someone reads it in here (:
(@deen / others: The removed IP above is the same as the registered IP here in the forum, if you want to take a look.)

Re: Cannot connect to DDNet Servers (VPN)?
That's a bit strange. Your IP address is reported as belonging to Digital Ocean, which is a server hoster. I can whitelist your for now, but are you sure you're not using some software that is redirecting all your traffic? Maybe even some malware.
