slowing the hammer on hammerfly bind

Possible to make cl_dummy_hammer 1 to hammer slower? Like on the map "Just Shitfly" where u cant spam hammer...
I can't use deepfly btw i want it to be slow cause it keep hitting me when i hammer him idk if u understand but i need cl_dummy_hammer to hit every 2-3 seconds before hammering again
