Moderator Application (Europe, Moderate and below)

Hi there,
I am 20-year-old Scrumplex from Germany.
I first discovered DDrace back in 2012, though I didn't play much back then . Then DDraceNetwork released on Steam in 2020, which reminded me of those times on Multimap.
So I am playing DDrace actively since August 2020. I am playing via Steam almost exclusively and have accumulated over 1300h since then, as I am playing daily. I am mostly playing Moderate and DDmaX and sometimes Novice if I want to chill. I am most active between 14:00 and 20:00 (UTC) according to the Discord bot. This is mostly on the Central European servers (so GER, FRA, POL and so on).

I always try to be nice to people, even if they are not nice themselves, though I get offended pretty quickly by people that block others for their own fun. But that's basically why I want to become moderator. I see actual blockers that don't get banned, as people on the server don't pay attention to votes. It's really frustrating for everyone affected which is why I want to be there to help in those cases. Apart from dealing with blockers, I also like to solve conflicts between people, both in real life and in DDnet.

Apart from wanting to moderate servers, I also help in the wiki when I check it out occasionally and try to contribute to DDnet on GitHub.

I speak German natively and can read, write and speak English fluently, as I also do at my day-job. Additionally, I can also read and speak Turkish a bit, though it's nothing spectacular.

Scrumplex is cool, but it's a shame he's a square tee so can't give a full +1 for him. perhaps +0.5

+1 I know Scrumplex for quite some time now. He is a very nice and active player on ddnet. I am seeing the little steam notification "Scrumplex is playing ddnet" popping up almost every day. Scrumplex is always trying to help others in race and in chat. Every time someone is getting vote kicked, i see him spec at the voted person and writing either F3 if the person is really blocking others or F4 if he thinks its a funvote. The only time i actually saw him trying to block someone else was when some BlockMark Member throwing everyone in freeze at the start of the map and the vote didnt pass. He would be a very good and fair moderator in my opinion.
