asking close friends for feedback on your application is fine, but spamming members of our discord community which never played with you to give you insincere feedback isn't. Therefore we can't take any of the feedback you've received on your application into account, as we wont be able to tell which one is a sincere and which one isn't.

Second point, after watching you closely for a few games I don't feel very comfortable giving you a mod position in our staff team. Calling others noobs for failing simple parts isn't very nice. Sure, people do get mad from time to time but if you're going to apply as mod you should atleast show some kind of simpathy with our newlings, especially if they join our brutal servers by mistake. Instead of calling them out for being new, you should redirect them to our novice servers.

That's about it, if you really care about this community, try applying on a later date. Get others to know you by interacting with our community ingame and on discord. Cuz being around for only 4 months doesn't seem alot compared to the mods we currently have.
