Moderator Application for DDNet RUS

[ 1 ] Current nickname is <~{Barsik}~> that appeared in 2015-2016, past one is Zohan606 (2010-2014 - the vanilla period) and actually it was brother's nickname.
[ 2 ] I am 15-16 year old and I think it can be a reason for decline.
[ 3 ] Russia, of course.
[ 4 ] English, Russian and Tatar.
[ 5 ] I don't often see RUS moderators in game and I want to help others to solve conflicts, block fights, maybe, just have a conversation about one's behaviour (sure, if it possible).
[ 6 ] I am playing everyday for 2-3 hours but I can be inactive for 1-3 days during events and parties.
[ 7 ] I had met DDNet only in 2016 when my brother tried to refresh his good memories and redownloaded Teeworlds 0.6. I found new servers with new stuff, entered server and did my first DDNet(I played another race-like gamemodes before (KonaTbl4 servers, Belarus servers, single servers with cool maps) but these new maps had better design and gameplay) map. I started to play Teeworlds again. Now I have only 1600 points and can do moderate 3-5 maps.

[ 9 ] To be honest, I am giving this application also for popularization of moderator post in Russian-speaking community. Russian-speaking community is good, it should develop.
