it's tolerated but when it affects competitive ranks (i.e top ranks / maps with very few finishes) we try to limit it as much as possible to keep ranks fair

the problem is not that you disagreed but rather your lack of basic social skills as just shown by your post, you can't communicate without being rude/insulting..
