Only safe way would be to manually add each account for each player, and that would take ages. If there was a small, efficient team to manage this then it could be possible, but still seems very unrealistic. Could also generate accounts for every forum & in-game name that match, which aren't act...

Not necessarily. Jetpack through kill tiles is more of a bug than a cut.

The actual cut is tricky to pull off but it's entirely skill based. The rank1 isn't very optimized using it either - you can get <1:00 with a strong run.
