As soon as someone releases a map with those tilesets on any server everyone is gonna extract it.
And as fokko said nobody is gonna pay for a tileset when there are 1000s of free ones that even look better.

Don't think that's an big issue right now. Player also played Multimap back then when everyone sucked. They played maps over and over again until they became better.

It's okay. I already finished it again with a better time.
