This is a vote ban, not much we can do about those. The players on each server can decide to ban others.

Bitrate is fine. The only thing I see is
s32p
, while our files all use s16p

I think you can just try the default in lossless mode or hybrid, it shouldn't matter. I haven't tried this frontend though.

Alright, then it's not a bug in client or server, but actually some part in the network inbetween blocking/corrupting packets. One idea would be to use wireshark to monitor the packets on your side, and asking the server hoster (Avolicious for KoG) to use tcpdump on the server, and then to compare w...

You can get the DDNet server on https://ddnet.org/downloads/ and convert the map by dragging it into map_convert07.exe

Doesn't happen when you run the map on a local server, right? I'm not sure how best to debug where the packets get lost.
