Ummm... what "when i drag it on the message box"? You're supposed to do it that way:
"Full Editor & Preview" button -> "Attachments" tab -> click on "Add files" -> select the file from menu

I'd rather remove "some" of them and eventually create sticky topic here called "Skin Database Archive" with skins that were removed from SD, so that they still can be easily found and yet will no longer exist in the actual database.
