Finally tournament, I can't believe

Hi.
I have weird problem, when i'm playing on DDNet Ger after about 30 mins i have mega lags - 1000 ping but i have that lags only at DDNet Ger, others works fine.
How to fix?

When instant map change? - only we were on the server.
