I will try to use the nvidia inspector with fps limiter and set it to 59 and use vcync this should work for fix the delay i will try if it work i will write it here

Hmm i think i get this frezzes everytime if i would get an short fps lagspike but with the differens without vsync my screen frezze and with vsync just a short lag. hmm yes i tried this both commands with restarting client, yes it feel more laggy than without, but i didnt noticed any different about...

Imo it Sounds as if you wanted only the long and hard race maps to add so that only the ppl with experience in race can speed run it easy . Seems like " lets start ddrace server just with brutal maps" I think short race maps are better for beginners to learn how to be fast and get movement...
